The green sausage has Japanese shiso in it and is actually pretty amazing.
You missed out on the Fujizakura Rauch! It’s a fantastic smoky beer.
Fear not, Daniel. I made sure Christoph tried the Rauch before we left – I’m a big Fujizakura-Kogen fan and there aren’t as many Rauchs around as there should be. That is one smoky brew.
